In order to resolve to call James Snare as the Pastor of Living Church, we require a majority of the Communicant Members present at the meeting (In person or on Zoom) to vote in favour. Should we vote in favour members and others are asked to sign the Call Document before 5 October – we need at least 60% of our communicant members to sign this document.

We have had a number of people ask if they are away for the 26th, does this mean they won’t be able to be involved in this decision?

You can still sign the Call Document.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, the Call Document will be available in the church office during the week of 26/9 – 1/10, or at church services on Sunday 3/10, for you to sign.
