What a great time everyone had in sunny Burleigh Heads at Living Youth Camp 2021!
We ventured to a new site which held great bonuses of being walking distance to both Burleigh Beach and Tallebudgera Creek. Lots of energetic activities from foxholes to giant stand up paddleboards left everyone tired but fulfilled.
However the greatest impact of the camp was spiritually. The talks for the weekend looked at the ups and downs of the life of the disciple Peter. In the end we were all encouraged to be disciples of Jesus in our lives – disciples that would go on to make other disciples.

All in all it was a great time of bonding together as a youth community around the gospel of Jesus. Pray along with us that the benefit of youth camp will flow on into the our ongoing youth ministry through the youth growth groups and family discipleship.
Finally a big thank you to anyone who donated towards helping youth come on camp. We were able to sponsor 9 young people to go on camp who would not have been able to make it otherwise.
