Mental health problems are something that affects all of us one way or the other.
Mental illness is very common and one in five Australians experience mental illness in any one year.
For people suffering from this, not being able to talk about mental health issues can be the worst part of the illness.
Come join us as Dr Carolyn Russell (GP + Counsellor at Foundations Counselling Centre) helps get our minds around what mental health is.
By doing this we can break down stereotypes and remove stigma, perhaps even understand ourselves better, and most importantly, learn how to love and care well for the people around us who suffer from mental health problems.
