Last November the congregation was updated on the Outdoor Project, and asked for their thoughts on taking the project off pause, and moving forward with it.

Overall, there is a desire to move forward and it was agreed to proceed to tender, and for the committee to come back to a future meeting with progress and recommendations from the tender process.

On Monday 18 January, the tender pack was released to a handful of selected tenderers. The process from here is outlined on page 4 in the document below. We will update you as these milestones are completed
