Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.

• Pray for the term ahead – as we start up our regular ministries for the year, as we settle back into routines, and as we start our new teaching series looking at who we are as a church. Pray that God might go before us in all we do.
• Pray for young adults retreat this weekend. Pray that it will be a great weekend of fellowship and growth.
• Continue to remember those in our congregation who are struggling with injury and illness. Pray God will bring peace.
