After putting out a call for feedback last year, and talking to some of the key stakeholders, we had decided to wait until the new year to proceed with the review.

Given the arrival of James as our new pastor, we would like to take some time to understand how the ministry can fit into the bigger mission of the church, so we have put this ministry review on the agenda for term 2 of this year, with the view to taking the next steps in term 3-4.
