A big thank you to everyone who took a few minutes to review and update their Elvanto data. We have had a huge response!

Help, I didn’t get an email or I had trouble accessing it…

If you didn’t get an email with a link to your details, or you’re having problems with it, we will have some people up the back after both services this Sunday to help you out.

Why are we doing this?

Elvanto is the database we use when we communicate with each other, care for each other, and do church together, so it’s important the information we hold is accurate. 

Elvanto is where we get the email addresses to send out the weekly newsletter and Grow Daily so you can stay connected; it’s where we roster people to do church – whether that be Sundays, Growth Group, or during the week; and it’s a primary tool in helping keep our young people safe. 

We will never use the information in Elvanto to spam you, give people access to your personal details, or on-sell your information to third parties. 

You can update your privacy settings in Elvanto that allow you to choose what information is publicly available – here are some instructions on how to do that. If you want to know more about how we collect and use your information, check out the PCQ Privacy Policy.
