Our Living Church board is inviting you to a congregational meeting on Sunday 18th April 2021 after the morning service to vote on a revised scope of the outdoor project.

At the last update on the project (at the AGM), Malcolm Grittin stated that the whilst the board endorses the project proceeding, it is not to proceed at the tendered price. The board agreed with the committee that the tendered price is reasonable, therefore to consider ways of reducing costs.

An information pack is almost ready to go and will be released as soon possible. Please keep an eye on your email and newsletter.

We are also pleased to offer a walk through of the project straight after the morning service 11 April 2021. We will mark out the area to help visualise the scope. Matt Hooper will have the detailed drawings should you wish to review them at that time.

The information pack will be released in next week’s newsletter, and will include

• the draft motion (summary of the decision) to be voted on
• the ministry needs
• the design changes
• revised budget and funding model
• who and when to ask questions
