What are some good devotional resources for young people as they grow to be more self-directed in their Bible reading?
It is an interesting question because there are a lot of resources out there, but a lot of discernment and wisdom is needed to try and find what is best.
Of course reading God’s word together as family is a great way to start, and our Family Discipleship Guide is designed to give resources for this to happen. However we also want our kids to develop their own love for God’s word and find ways to help them read the Bible for themselves.
Here are some recommended by Tom Fittell (kids) & Chris Pine (youth):

If you would like to have a browse through any of these resources then speak to Tom or Chris.
The ones from the Good Book Company have a ‘look inside’ option on their website.
And pray that together we can help build a culture of regular Bible reading amongst all our kids. After all:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
