Over the Easter weekend a bunch of our youth and young adults went to Woorabinda for a cross cultural exposure trip. It was wonderful to re-start this trip after a number of years off over COVID. We had some of our best ever cultural engagement and learning this time around.

Last weekend our kids, youth & young adults leaders gathered at Moogerah to prepare for the year of ministry ahead. It was a wonderful time of fellowship, bonding and equipping together. Please keep all our leaders in your prayers as they disciple our young people to love and serve Jesus.

Last Wednesday night (Nov 9) we had the privilege of hosting a Tearfund farewell for Ross Farley as he goes into retirement after 27 years of ministry with Tearfund, and 51 years of ministry all up. Well done Ross!Ross will no doubt continue to serve Jesus as a faithful servant

At Youth Connect this Friday we are looking at the story of Jonah as we continue our theme this term of “Outsiders Welcome”. Just a heads up with the activity we will be doing – youth need to be prepared to get wet! Bring a towel and change of clothes.
