Dear Living Church Friends,
Over the course of our discussion at Church Life this year, we have been focussed on Living Church’s mission, vision, culture, and values. It’s been a terrific process with lots of feedback received from our Church Life participants and we are grateful for the open and encouraging discussions we’ve been able to have as a church family.
The process has involved the Living Church Board, and the ministry staff discussing what we believe to be our mission, vision, values, and culture, and then trying to find the best language to describe these things. After this, we brought our thoughts and ideas to Church Life to get input from our church members before taking this input back for further discussion amongst the staff and Board.
We’ve reached a point where we believe we are close to finalising the language we want to use to describe how vision, mission and values. We are also close to defining what our culture is, and should be, here at Living Church. This is represented in the image below.
Before finalising these ideas, we want to give the broader church community a chance to comment on what we have so far. To have your say in how we describe the vision, mission, values, and culture that we have here at Living Church, pleases fill in the survey below.

**Please note: We have not included our likely cultural descriptors in the image below because we want to see your unbiased thoughts before sharing the results we have so far.
We hope to have this set by the end of the year and ready to launch formally in term 1, 2023 so your prompt response would be appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
