Dr Carolyn Russell is someone for whom I have much love and respect. I have known her for many years having met her within church circles. She was a guest speaker several times at women’s functions and her advice on stress management and like issues was always timely, helpful, practical and easy to introduce to busy lives. Carolyn is full of energy, she makes sense, and most importantly she loves Jesus. I am thrilled that she accepted our invitation and I urge Growth Group leaders and others to attend this training event believing that you won’t be disappointed.
